Riducono la fumosità dell’80%, gli odori sgradevoli
e le sostanze irritanti con un meccanismo di lavaggio
dei gas di scarico. I gas passano nel fluido di lavaggio
cosicchè tutti gli idrocarburi, parte dei prodotti solforosi
e delle aldeidi si depositano sul fondo del serbatoio.
Fungono da ottimo silenziatore e parascintilla.
Il depuratore è interamente costruito in acciaio inox AISI
316T per resistere alla corrosione dei composti solforosi.
Può essere applicato su qualsiasi motore diesel fisso
o semovente che operi in ambiente chiuso o esplosivo
(carrelli elevatori, dumpers, autogru, gruppi elettrogeni).
Per la manutenzione ogni 8 ore di lavoro svuotare
il serbatoio aprendo l’apposito rubinetto, poi rimettere
l’acqua. Ogni 300 ore svuotare il serbatoio dall’acqua
e pulire l’interno con un getto a pressione.
Attenzione!!
Durante la manutenzione ed il lavaggio
assicurarsi che i fanghi vengano smaltiti seguendo
le normative vigenti.

They reduce smoke by 80%, unpleasant smells and
irritating substances through an exhaust fume cleaning
mechanism. The fumes pass through the cleaning fluid
so that all hydrocarbons, some sulfurous products and
aldehydes settle to the bottom of the tank.
Act as an excellent silencer and spark arrestor.
The cleaner is made entirely of AISI 316T stainless steel
to resist corrosion by sulfurous compounds. It may
be applied to any fixed or self-propelled diesel motor
working in a closed or explosive environment (lift
trucks, dumpers, cranes, generators).
For maintenance, open the valve to empty the tank
every 8 running hours, then add water.
Empty the water tank and clean the interior with a
pressurized spray every 300 running hours.
